My ideal clients are adults who are looking for support, guidance, to work through life’s challenges. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or challenges related to substance use. My ideal clients are people who are ready to better understand themselves, explore what may be getting in the way, and take steps toward feeling more balanced and fulfilled. In our first session together, here's what you can expect I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to meet each client where they are, without judgment, and help them build on their strengths while moving toward greater balance, confidence, and well-being. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin therapy. You simply have to be ready to take the first step. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions I bring 16 years of experience in social work and a strong understanding of the challenges adults face throughout different stages of life. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and supportive approach that allows clients to feel heard and understood. The clients I'm best positioned to serve I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive place where you feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. I take a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach, meeting you where you are rather than expecting you to fit into a specific mold. Together, we will identify what you would like to change and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I incorporate practical tools and strategies that can help you manage challenges, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful and lasting change.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
