I hold a Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Services. My journey in the mental health field began in 2007, working with adolescent boys in a group home. Since then, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals and families overcome addiction, manage ADHD, and navigate the complexities of adolescent and teen mental health. I also specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, family and intimate relationships, stress, and trauma. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working in various settings, including residential treatment centers, where I've supported troubled teens and their families. My passion lies in helping others find their path to healing and growth, and I am committed to being a guiding light on your journey. On a personal note, I grew up in Southern California and have a deep love for the ocean. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports like soccer, volleyball, basketball, and softball. I'm also a die-hard fan of the Colorado Avalanche and love to travel whenever I get the chance. If you're ready to take the first step towards a healthier, happier life, I'm here to support you.
