Hello, I'm Anthony. Do you ever feel life should be happier, fuller, and healthier? I’m here to help you achieve that. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I love working with couples, families, and individuals who are striving for the life they desire. In my practice, my specialty is helping to unlock your hidden potential by working toward the elimination of depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and trauma while improving individual, relationship, marriage, and family functioning. Throughout our work together, you will learn to better regulate emotions and feelings while improving listening and communication skills, and if applicable, couples’ communication, leading to a more fulfilling relationship or marriage based on trust, enjoyment, teamwork, and intimacy. I chose a career in mental health because of personal and trying experiences and the increasing need for health and wellbeing. I have experience working in mental health crisis-type situations as well as extensive experience treating couples, families, and all individuals regardless of age, struggles, diagnosis, or their past. Watching current or former clients begin to thrive is exciting and rewarding. As a mental health therapist, it's always a privilege and honor to join alongside my clients in the growth, joy, vigor, happiness, and health they experience.
