What should a new client know about working with you?

I've spent a lot of time developing skills in trauma informed care, strength-based solutions, and empowerment models. I view my role in this process as a guide, to help you build new skills and knowledge for all of life's ups and downs. Everyone has different needs though, so it's important we work together to find the right path for you. I specialize in areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. But that doesn't mean I can't help with other areas you might be struggling with as well. Let's find the best path forward for you together.
