Hello and welcome! I'm Tony, and thank you for trusting me with your mental health. Are you struggling to balance the daily stressors of family, work, and/or school? Are you no longer engaging in activities that once brought you joy? If you answered ?Yes? to any of these questions, I am here to help.
I assist clients dealing with anger, aggressive behaviors, drug addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, school stress, and many other adjustment-related challenges. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with all ages in community, outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment settings.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Let's work together to develop emotional regulation techniques, healthy coping skills, and positive thinking habits!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits
