Getting to know Anthony Ligregni

Are obsessive thoughts or fears holding you back or making you feel out of control? Allow me to walk alongside you as we tackle these normal, yet frustrating feelings. Intrusive thoughts may tell you otherwise, but you are strong enough to quiet them. I often use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and mainly see individuals, however, we have providers on staff who see couples, kids, and families. I am passionate about helping clients overcome the struggles associated with OCD and anxiety. I want to help you gain tools to combat whatever you are going through. I believe that everyone deserves to understand what they are feeling and that relief is possible. My name is Anthony LiGregni, I received my Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Louisiana State University and have had the pleasure of working with people from all different backgrounds and stories. I look forward to being a part of your journey!
