Hi and great to meet you! I am passionate about the work that I do. I believe that I can be effective by providing a nonjudgmental environment and being my authentic self. I pride myself on being an active listener and effective communicator. A bit about my approach to therapy: I work with clients from a strength-based approach. I believe that my clients have what they need to make the changes that they would like to see happen, they just may need assistance with identifying that for themselves. What you can expect from our first session: The first session is geared towards information gathering so that I may establish a foundation for you as a person. Goals for clients are individualized because everyone is different, even if the situations are similar. Although the goals are different, it is my hope that each client feels welcomed and supported through every interaction.
