Struggling with feelings of loneliness and rejection is exhausting. No matter what you do, you never quite feel fully understood by the people in your life. Why is it so hard to connect? Constantly thinking and worrying about your romantic, social, or family life, you fear that you may not be enough just as you are. Communicating your needs and emotions is so challenging, especially since you aren't always sure what it is you're feeling. More than anything, you want to learn to put down your guard and truly let people into your life. Deep down, you know there's another way.
Ariana recognizes how anxiety, insecurities, people-pleasing tendencies, and fear of rejection can get in the way of living your most authentic life. In a collaborative and non-judgmental space, you will learn practical, helpful strategies proven to improve your self-understanding, communication, and boundary-setting-in other words, your relationships!
Together, you can unpack the many layers of who you are and develop skills to help you become more in touch with your emotions and confident in yourself. Meeting once a week, in person or virtually, is a courageous commitment to your growth. Ariana can't wait to get to know you!
What should a new client know about working with you?
Trained in providing sensitive, affirming psychotherapy, I serve a diverse clientele of professional men, women and couples seeking to improve their interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, self-awareness, communication skills, boundary-setting abilities, and emotional regulation.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We will seek to better understand how you struggle emotionally, worrying about your romantic, social, or family life. Whether you’re coping with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, loneliness, discrimination, perfectionism, school or career issues, we will explore the root of these setbacks and develop strategies for processing your emotions and creating healthier choices for daily living based on your deepest-held values.

We are a full-service practice that caters to each individual client. Before we can confirm your session, it is important that we verify your insurance and fee information with you. Due to the No Surprises Act, we will let you know up front what your fee for therapy will be. We call, text and email you after you book on Zocdoc so as to discuss next steps in the booking process before your session. Please do not come to the office until you have heard from Ariana and Sentient Psychotherapy.

Ariana is truly gifted at providing couples therapy! She has a way of getting us to talk about things, listen, and respect each other again. The price was a little higher then we wanted to spend, but so we did. Our expierence has been so worth it. A divorce would have cost much more. Thank You Ari we so appreciate your work with us!
