What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy is a space where you should feel safe, supported, and free to be yourself. I strive to create an atmosphere of trust and understanding where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. My approach is collaborative, meaning we will work together to identify goals and strategies that best suit you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take an individualized approach to therapy, integrating different techniques to best support each client’s needs. Our sessions will focus on building self-awareness, developing coping strategies, and fostering resilience. Whether through traditional talk therapy, creative approaches like art and play therapy, or structured techniques such as CBT and ACT, I tailor each session to ensure a meaningful and productive experience for my clients.
