Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from toddlers to geriatric individuals. My professional journey has taken me through various settings, including community mental health, telehealth, schools, adoption agencies, and legal environments. While my primary focus has been on trauma (PTSD), depression, and anxiety, I also have extensive experience supporting clients with persistent mental health concerns such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder, as well as eating disorders, relationship struggles, parenting and family support, and self-esteem issues. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that you are more than just a diagnosis. I see diagnoses as tools to help us determine where to start in our journey together, not as labels that define who you are. I am passionate about the therapeutic process and committed to working with and for you to help you achieve your goals or discover them, even when they seem elusive.
