My path toward therapeutic care began long before my professional training, beginning with my own journey in therapy where I navigated personal loss, complex family dynamics, and major life transitions. This experience deepened my commitment to providing genuinely empathetic, strengths-based care. I believe that every challenge holds an opportunity to discover hidden resilience. This allows me to be a collaborative partner dedicated to helping you recognize your deepest strengths and master practical tools, while tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.
