Getting to know Arielle Singman

Therapy with me is about fostering insight, developing emotional flexibility, and taking purposeful steps toward healing. I have experience working with individuals across diverse backgrounds and identities, and particularly enjoy supporting clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and the development of self-awareness and identity. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. I utilize a collaborative, humanistic framework. My clinical approach integrates person-centered therapy, CBT/DBT, and relational modalities, while also honoring the mind-body connection and integrating somatic practices to support lasting well-being. I believe in the healing power of connection. And I believe therapy can hold room for vulnerability, growth, and even laughter.

I work with Sarah Taylor who is an amazing therapist. Her constant support, kindness and compassion shines through in each of our sessions and it has been great working with her these past few years. Highly recommend if you are struggling with anxiety, or depression and need someone to talk to.
I have been working with Sarah Taylor for a year via zoom sessions. She is the first therapist I have had that takes the time to listen and offer feedback. Prior therapists just let me talk the entire session, offering little to no insights into my concerns. Sarah is knowledgeable about my areas of need and offers reading resources as well as appropriate professional testing access. Sarah is helping me grow and change for the better, always lending a kind word, sage advice, and an environment that feels safe to open up in.
