Arlene Holt, LPC

Psychotherapist
CO
Hello, I'm Arlene. I believe the relationship between the therapist and the client is fundamental to the counseling process, and I will work diligently to create such an atmosphere. Within that relationship, we will examine your needs and learn skills to help you maneuver through the rough spots in your life. I provide a safe and supportive framework for the individual, couple, or family to explore and heal. Life leads to many instances where we need support and practical feedback, and I'm here to offer just that. I have spent 11 years working with military personnel and their families as a Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC). I understand the nuances of military life and all of the transitions that it entails. My experience has equipped me to support those facing unique challenges, whether it's dealing with deployment, reintegration, or the everyday stresses of military life. In terms of my therapeutic approach, I am trained in EMDR techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with clients to find the best therapeutic approach that works for their situation. For couples, I also have training in the Gottman Method, which helps in building stronger, more resilient relationships. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family or intimate relationship issues, life transitions, psychosis/schizophrenia, or trauma, I am here to help. I also offer support through SonderMind Video Telehealth, making it easier for you to access care from the comfort of your own space. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey to healing and growth. If you're ready to take the next step, please reach out. Let's navigate this journey together.
