I believe in active listening that leads to finding effective, nonjudgmental methods of treatment for adults and seniors. Healthy communication, solution-focused coping strategies, strength building, mindfulness, and courage come from within. I enjoy being given the honor of guiding clients through their journey that leads towards health and improved quality of life. The issues that impact quality of life, such as relationships, job changes, moving, newly diagnosed medical conditions, and grief/loss experiences, are my specialties.
