Getting to know Ashley Osborne

I am a native of the Delaware shore and graduated with my Bachelors of Behavioral Science in 2013 from Wilmington University and Masters of Social Work in 2015 from Salisbury University. I have a passion for joining individuals in accomplishing their goals through the therapeutic process by using an interactive person centered, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral approach. I am certified in Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and am also trauma certified through the Ferentz Institute. I have almost 10 years’ experience working in clinic, inpatient, and school settings addressing a variety of symptoms ranging from trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Come as you are! I look forward to taking this journey with you while providing a safe space to do so. In my free time, I enjoy traveling or curling up with a good book. I love the beach and have two senior 12 year old pups.
