Hello, I'm Ashley, and I'm here to support you on your journey. We all have a story that shapes how we see the world and navigate our lives. Life can be challenging, and I want to ensure you don't have to face it alone. If you feel like you're in the dark, I want to sit with you and help you through it. I love what I do, and I'm excited about the opportunity to serve you and our community. I approach therapy with a balance of empathy, compassion, and straightforward communication. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA, I am a certified trauma-informed care provider. I understand the importance of honoring all aspects of an individual's experience, and you can expect exactly that when you walk into my space. I'm also passionate about taking a whole-person approach, which means providing you with the option of working with your primary care provider or psychiatrist to ensure we are meeting all of your needs. My specialties include working with stress, trauma, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, dissociative disorders, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, military/veteran support, and PTSD. I provide a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and am a veteran myself, happy to serve those who have served or continue to serve today. I have a particular passion for trauma work and working with adolescents. No matter what your needs are, I am here to support you as your therapist or to recommend another professional who will best meet your needs. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
