I draw from evidence-based practices such as Time Management and Executive Functioning Strategies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. What does all this mean to you? I will help you understand yourself better and give you tools to help with everyday life. We cannot do this life thing alone. It takes community and connection.
