I have worked with clients experiencing difficulty managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, anger, and relationship issues for the last 15 years. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Elon University and completed my Master's in Community Counseling at William and Mary College in Virginia in 2011. I work with adults, teens, people in recovery, and couples.
I help people gain insight about themselves and areas of need. I create an environment where the underlying symptoms of stress and mental health can be explored through the unique process that only talk therapy provides.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
