I'm Ashley Wren. I'm excited to meet you soon and help you with your therapy journey. I thrive on collaborating with all kinds of folks. My ideal client ranges from those seeking purpose to those hoping for some relief and healing from long-felt mental and emotional pain. They recognize that life could be better for them. I believe we all do the best we can to get through what life throws at us, and along the way, we develop perspectives about the world and ourselves that make up our identity. We all experience adversity that leaves us feeling uncertain about the path ahead. I believe it's helpful to explore our experiences and the factors shaping our identity for a deeper understanding of what contributes to who we are and what role those pieces play in our lives. By gaining deeper insight into ourselves and our motivations, we empower ourselves to tackle problems as they arise in an authentic way. A little more about me—I am a Hispanic female from South Texas who relocated to Colorado for cooler weather and mountain views. I have been passionate about mental health since I was young and have worked in the field for over 12 years, managing other mental health teams and clinicians for 8 years. I have found it is truly a privilege to support folks through the hard times.
