“First few minutes seem very “clinical” - (checklist like) if that makes sense. Was explained by the provider this was standard procedure. After a few minutes, more discussion occurred, felt as if it was more tailored. First time I ever meet with a provider of this nature, was uneasy at first however by the end of the session, I felt very comfortable. Covered a wide range of topics, back and forth conversation seemed natural. Booked second session right after, looking forward to continued help. ”
