Embarking on the journey of therapy can feel overwhelming, but I'm here to navigate it with you, offering gentle guidance every step of the way. I firmly believe in your expertise regarding your own life experiences, and my goal is to collaborate with you to foster self-awareness, facilitate change, and help you achieve your personal goals. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, which is why I integrate techniques from diverse modalities such as behavioral, relational, and psychodynamic approaches, always through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens. I earned my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University and have extensive experience working with individuals in the BIPOC and South Asian diaspora, immigrants, children of immigrants, as well as survivors of gender-based violence and trauma. I acknowledge the systemic injustices that affect us all and strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can safely explore their identities.
