Hello! I am a mother, a wife, a sister, an aunt, a daughter and a friend I also was an elementary and middle school teacher for five years before I realized that the social and emotional health of my students was the most intriguing part of the job to me. I received my masters in social work from the University of Utah and then went on to gain experience working in Utah, Oregon, and Wyoming at all levels of care. I primarily work with adults doing individual or couples therapy. I also provide parent coaching and see teens and young adults. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know who YOU are.
