I specialize in helping LGBTQ+, BIPOC, young adults, adolescents, and any individual who has experienced trauma, among other life challenges. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of working in various settings including children and family services, crisis lines, universities, and community environments. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone has the strength and resilience to overcome life's obstacles. I see myself as a guide and collaborator, here to listen and support you as you navigate through setbacks and unexpected changes. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, family relationships, gender identity issues, or life transitions, I'm here to help you build the life you desire. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist. My areas of specialization include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, military/veteran support, multicultural/diversity issues, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), intimate/romantic relationships, stress, and trauma.
