Hello, I'm Autumn, and I'm thrilled to be a part of your journey towards better mental health. With over 9 years of experience as a school counselor, plus 4 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I've dedicated my career to supporting the well-being of children, tweens, teens, and adults. As a school counselor and LPC, I have the privilege of guiding clients to address issues related to anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, ADHD, 2E, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-image, school/work-related challenges, gifted and talented stressors, and relationship/friendship concerns. I truly enjoy empowering clients and helping them navigate the complexities of living in an ever-changing society. My empathetic and client-centered approach ensures that individuals feel understood, valued, and safe to open up about their mental health concerns. While I have a special affinity for working with youth, I also enjoy supporting adults through anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, life transitions, adjustments, general support, the BIPOC experience, psychoeducation, and coaching. One of my greatest strengths is building relationships with clients and collaborating on goal setting and developing healthy coping mechanisms. I understand that each person's journey is unique, so I tailor my therapeutic approach to suit individual needs, promoting resilience and self-empowerment.
