I have nearly 10 years of experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents, with recent licensure in Minnesota as a Professional Clinical Counselor. I work from a trauma informed lens with training in EMDR Therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting adolescents through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Through our work together, clients often experience greater emotional resilience, improved coping skills, stronger relationships, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to help you or your child feel supported, empowered, and equipped to navigate life's challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I prefer to meet in-person, but do offer telehealth sessions for those who are unable to make it into the office. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, using EMDR Therapy. We'll focus on growth, healing, and lasting change - shifting patterns to support long-term well-being, not just short-term relief.
