I'm Dr. Azadeh Weber, a licensed Clinical Psychologist with an emphasis on Holistic Health. I earned my PsyD from the California Institute of Integral Studies. My professional background includes mental health services for individuals, couples, and families. I am grateful to have a private practice where I support people on their journeys to optimize their mental health. My approach My approach to therapy is relational and heart-centric because rapport is integral to any and all work done in therapy. I run a therapeutic hobby farm and have received multiple grants to provide heritage art workshops to women to enhance resiliency. My services include complex trauma processing, somatic therapy, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, positive psychotherapy, couples counseling, and life coaching. My focus I am open to working with all clients who may seek my support on their healing journey. It is an honor to be of service. My communication style I strive to create a therapeutic environment where my clients feel safe through unconditional positive regard. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to become a therapist to support people in becoming the best version of themselves and to work in an industry that values authentic human connection. My goals for you Goal setting for therapy and coaching sessions is a collaboration. During intake sessions, I ask my clients about their goals in therapy. My first session with you Clients should expect an authentic and warm human connection. During the first therapy session, I collect personal and health history and check in with the client about their reasons for seeking therapy, as well as their goals for therapy.
