have extensive experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, going through life changes, and the LGBTQ plus community. I have helped people improve or change their career paths, often leading to a higher salary or more pleasure from their work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My background in philosophy, contemporary art theory, and psychoanalytic training allows me to bring a rich, interdisciplinary lens to understanding human experience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relational struggles, or self-identity challenges, my goal is to support you in finding insight, direction, and a more integrated sense of self.
