Going into therapy might be hard, but it is a very fulfilling, rewarding and highly insightful journey. I offer relational, depth-oriented therapy focused on understanding patterns and creating meaningful change. Our work centers on how your history, relationships, and emotional experiences continue to shape your present.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have extensive experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, going through life changes, and the LGBTQ plus community. Some clients sought to improve or change their career paths, often leading to a higher salary and more pleasure from their work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer an initial session to help us determine whether working together feels like a good fit. If we decide not to move forward, you will not be charged. I use a sliding scale fee structure and bill at the end of the month. You can use my invoice to get reimbursed by your insurance. Let me know if you have any questions, and we'll figure out the payment structure together.
