Our work together centers around you finding fulfillment, growth, and insight. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, logotherapy, CBT, and mindfulness based therapy, addressing each client's and couple's needs individually. I work with couples at all stages—dating, engaged, married, or navigating shifts later in their relationship—including separation and divorce. By approaching relationship dynamics with curiosity and empathy, we are able to examine its challenges, strengths, and hidden potential, creating dynamics that facilitate intimacy, authenticity, and sustainability.

Our sessions are meant to help you feel safe, heard, and understood. By examining your past experiences, present questions, and future dreams, we help you gain access to your inner world, allowing you to find the motivation to change and grow in order to pursue your unique goals.
