I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor offering teletherapy for kids, adolescents, adults, couples and families across Colorado and Maryland. I specialize in creating supportive, affirming, and trauma-informed virtual spaces where clients can feel safe, connected, and empowered—no matter where they are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My passion for therapy started early in life and has only grown stronger throughout my professional journey. Over the years, I’ve worked in a wide range of therapeutic settings, including queer and trans-affirming care, correctional mental health, and intensive in-home therapy with youth and families. These experiences shape how I show up as a therapist: with empathy, flexibility, and a deep respect for the unique paths people take in their healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My work is rooted in person-centered therapy and trauma-informed care, and I often integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in building insight, emotional regulation, and stronger relationships. Whether we’re working on managing anxiety, navigating identity, healing from trauma, or strengthening family dynamics, I’m here to support your goals and help you access your own resilience and strength.
