Hello, I'm Bernadette. My passion is to provide hope and healing from life's challenges in a nonjudgmental, serene environment. With over 24 years of experience in the healthcare field, both inpatient and outpatient, I've had the privilege of working in various roles that have shaped my approach to therapy. I specialize in helping individuals recover from anxiety, depression, eating disorders, phobias, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, and weight management. As a Master's-level Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our sessions. I'm also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Registered Yoga Teacher 500, and Certified Health Coach. My additional training in trauma-focused modalities allows me to support individuals experiencing stress and trauma effectively. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and certified in Emotional Freedom Techniques and Medical Therapeutic Yoga/Yoga Therapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. In our work together, I utilize a combination of therapies such as DBT, MCBT, and Somatic approaches to aid the healing process. I believe in integrating therapies to meet your unique needs best. Whether you're dealing with cancer recovery, diabetes control, body image issues, life transitions, phobias and panic, stress management, or weight management, I'm here to help.
