UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy services to individuals. My goal is to offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their behaviors, and develop the skills they need to lead fulfilling lives. I am a client-centered psychotherapist who utilizes evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, MBSR, and Eriksonian Hypnotherapy. Although I use these evidence-based approaches in my work, I prioritize discussing the best treatment plan collaboratively with my clients. Many clients report that our sessions feel more like a conversation—never robotic or stuffy. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from San Jose State University and earned my Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I offer in-person appointments only on Wednesdays.
