I am motivated and direct in my approach with clients. I support clients in exploring their Faith and spirituality, creating space to cultivate and explore their Faith in sessions. Throughout sessions, I provide Mindfulness and Somatic techniques to support you in sitting with your suffering and connecting to your innermost self. I use Inner Child Work, Somatic Therapy, and CBT to explore unhelpful thought patterns/behaviors and equip you with skills to manage uncomfortable emotions.
