This has included people who have survived traumas, lost their homes, have lived with abuse, and more. I view myself as a guide that helps people navigate mental challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD and other problems. I focus on providing quality, trauma-informed care for adults and emphasize how people can use their different physical, mental, spiritual, and cultural resources to aid in the healing process. I often utilize DBT and CBT (different types of therapy), along with some techniques from other therapies. I appreciate the time you have taken to consider what a different life might look like, and I look forward to the possibility of joining you on your next steps.
