As a therapist trained in anxiety and trauma therapy, I aid my clients by using an eclectic approach that best fits them. Therapy is not a one size fits all and I aim to personalize each session with what each person needs individually. I enjoy training about how different diagnoses affect the brain and how to use this information to facilitate change. Sometimes life gets hard. You feel like the weight of the world has been set on your shoulders alone. Therapy is a place where you can feel supported no matter what life throws at you. I firmly believe that no one should have to walk alone.
