I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Yeshiva University. The majority of my clients face challenges related to work-life balance, stress, anxiety, and other common issues associated with high-stress positions. I also support clients navigating difficult life transitions. I treat individuals with anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, depression, and grief. My clientele is diverse, including clients from South Asian, AAPI, and Arabic backgrounds. Additionally, I work with clients transitioning from college life or who are new residents of New York. I have experience supporting neurodivergent clients (ASD), as well as those who identify as LGBTQ+ and embrace body positivity. I also provide couples therapy and have worked with parents and their adult children. I see adolescents as well.
