What should a new client know about working with you?

The counseling I provide is from a safe and non judgmental place. With over a 14 years of experience, my mission is to build a positive connection with others to foster healing. My speciality is romantic relationships and family systems.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process starts with building a positive relationship with those I work with. The relationship is my upmost priority. Following that, I use attachment theory coupled with Gottman approaches and Emotion Focused therapy.
