Getting to know Brandee Baca

I love being able to walk beside those who are struggling and helping them to find their sunshine again. Life is hard and it can really just suck sometimes. I take pride in being a real, down to earth, meet you where you’re at person; life is too sterile as it is, therapy doesn't need to be. My areas of focus include trauma, infertility, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am a client centered therapist and use modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and am working toward ART. My experience over the last 10+ years has been working with teens and young adults. I have a true passion for being able to meet clients where they are and helping them manage to find their way through all the weeds of life. Trauma happens to most of us in life and all too often we put ourselves on the back burner or invalidate what we have gone through. Coming into the therapeutic space is a huge first step and I look forward to helping those who join me! Infertility is a club we never wanted to join and can leave you feeling hopeless, lost, angry and even sometimes jealous. Having someone to talk through things who gets it isn’t going to take that ache away, but having someone who understands makes it a little more bearable.
