Getting to know Brandy Edlund

Hi! Welcome! You have taken the first step in the therapeutic journey! This first step is not always easy and I just want to take a minute to recognize the courage it takes. I believe everyone can benefit from having a counselor/therapist that is just there for them.I received my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. My training and background include working with children; youth; and adults. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP). I have experience working with parents regarding parenting techniques and am a trainer for Love and Logic; Nurturing Parenting; and Together Facing the Challenge parenting programs.I believe in a person-centered approach and believe each person is their own expert. In a trusting environment of respect and autonomy; your goals will be the foundation of our therapeutic time together.Thank you again for taking this first step.
