I had a very trying day with the office to begin with started at 7:30 am verifying insurance, had to make several calls to the office and to the insurance company. I had to call the office to have her to sign on, once all it was down hill from there, she was more concerned about filling out paper work so her supervisor would be happy with the appt, I told her I had already filled out the info and I was more in a crisis situation as far as I was concerned but she insisted that we go over the paper work, she then said okay we can talk, but I noticed she was still asking the same questions that I told her I did, she and I both became annoyed and her response was it is needed, she said I raised my voice and she would not have that, at that point we both realized we were not a good fit for each other.
