Life isn’t always easy, and at times it can feel like the weight of change and everyday stress is simply too much to carry alone. Major life transitions, relationship struggles, or the pain of past trauma can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn next. You don’t have to go through those challenges by yourself. My role is to walk alongside you in your journey and help you discover tools that can make life feel more manageable, hopeful, and fulfilling. I graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walden University in 2020. During my internship with Community Corrections, I worked closely with individuals navigating addiction, trauma, and relationship concerns — including the complex dynamics of domestic violence. Those experiences shaped the way I approach counseling: with compassion, honesty, and a belief that everyone deserves the chance to heal and grow. I primarily work with adults and teens, using approaches that encourage new ways of looking at challenges and empower lasting change. Whether you are working through stress, trauma, or relationship difficulties, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. Together, we can break down the barriers that feel overwhelming and begin building a life that feels more balanced and true to you. Brenda Hubbard believes that every client deserves individualized attention and care and utilizes an approach rooted in empathy, professionalism, and using evidence-based practices. She takes a person centered approach. Brenda Hubbard brings years of experience in mental health treatment, offering a compassionate and thoughtful approach that resonates with clients of all backgrounds.
