What should a new client know about working with you?

As a non-binary lesbian, I provide an affirming space for LGBTQ+ and non-traditional couples. I recognize the frustrations in finding a therapist who understands relationship structures outside of conventional heteronormativity. I offer a deep understanding of the dynamics within non-monogamy and non-traditional family units. I help couples struggling with communication, trust, parenting difficulties, and life transitions. My previous career in teaching and attachment research gives me a unique attachment-focused lens helpful in recognizing the impact of personal history, and my deep-rooted experience in dance and movement also guides my therapeutic work with an emphasis on mind-body connection.
