My ideal client is someone who wants to invest in their mental, relational, physical, spiritual, or occupational health. I specialize in issues surrounding lack of sustainability, burnout, stress, or anxiety with managing daily obligations and relationships. I offer clients opportunities to develop inner resources and skills that promote emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. I use a Transpersonal and Mindfulness-based approach along with Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies to help individuals achieve sustainability and coping skills. I offer opportunities to invest in a person's strengths by taking a Humanistic approach to empower and challenge clients in their growth and development. A little more about me, I am an East Coaster living in the Front Range of Colorado. I have been practicing therapy for 3 years within both the agency and private practice setting. I currently specialize in Addiction Recovery work, Mindfulness-Based Creative Art Therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy within my practice. I am an active artist, community organizer, dog dad, and adventure seeker. I enjoy traveling and learning what the world has to offer. Be on the lookout for a text or email from me.
