I have been doing some form of counseling for 24+ years. For 16 years I was a school counselor, and for the past 8 years I have been in community counseling. My goal is to create a calm friendly place where we can talk about difficult things and help you see a new persepectie, learn coping skills and help you be your best version. I have a laid back approach to therapy and we go at your pace. We will work up to talking about the difficult things once you feel comfortable and are ready. My main background has been helping with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar, borderline, school issues and military life.
