My therapeutic approach is results-driven and action-oriented, focused on leveraging an understanding of your past to develop a clear, actionable plan for your present and future. I aim to guide you toward re-establishing a connection with your authentic self, fostering renewed self-worth and a positive self-image. Together, we will work to help you recover from trauma and addiction, cultivating the healthy relationships and essential life skills you need to grow into your best self. Core Specializations & Techniques: - Narcissistic Abuse Recovery: As a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Technician I utilize a results-driven framework from the PRL Institute to address the specific symptoms of a pathological relationship, allowing for real recovery and growth. - EMDR - Ketamine Assisted Therapy - DBT: A direct, easy-to-apply approach that shifts focus from external events to the internal root causes of emotional dysregulation. This leads to lasting change, enhances emotional intelligence, develops healthy coping skills, and improves communication and relationship dynamics. - Supervision for Pre-Licensed Clinicians I am committed to helping you understand how to take action in order to heal and grow, providing a framework you can apply long after treatment. I received a BA in music performance from Alma College, an MA in special education from the University of Colorado Denver, and an MA in clinical mental health from Adams State University. Outside of my practice, I enjoy writing and performing music, going to concerts, traveling, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
