What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with my own experience in therapy during high school, when I had an incredible therapist who helped me grow, develop greater self-awareness, and navigate challenges. The impact of that work rippled across many areas of my life. Through those personal experiences, and through watching the effect mental health had on friends and family members, I came to understand how truly transformative therapy can be. That understanding deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Now, I bring authenticity, empathy, and a genuine belief in each person's capacity for growth to every session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and authentically tailored to you. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and strength-based therapy to create a space where you can explore challenges, recognize your inherent strengths, enhance self-awareness, and build the resilience needed for meaningful, lasting change. Every person I work with brings their own unique needs, experiences, and goals — and the direction of our work reflects that. Whether you're working toward personal, academic, professional, or performance goals, I tailor my style accordingly, in a safe and empowering environment grounded in a genuine belief in your ability to grow.
