UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I have always been an empathetic person drawn to supporting others as they face life challenges and collaborating with them to explore and create solutions. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process through which I work with clients to gain a better understanding of how environment, systems, culture, and relationships interact with historical and present thoughts and emotions. I believe that therapy should be accessible, so I created a virtual practice with the goal of helping others grow, heal, and learn a path toward self-acceptance. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care.
