What should a new client know about working with you?

There is a quiet exhaustion of not feeling fully seen that carries more weight than we often realize. Reaching out for help isn't a sign you've failed at handling things. It might be the bravest thing you've done for yourself in a while. Many people often wait until things start to feel like too much before reaching out feels like an option. Wherever you’re starting from, therapy can be a place to slow down, relearn what it feels like to trust others and yourself, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been hidden away. Together, we can work to build a space where you can finally set some of that weight down.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe you're the expert on your own life, and my role is to create a space where you feel grounded enough to explore it honestly. My training background emphasizes understanding the whole person, therefore I will tailor our work to what you need rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. I will meet you wherever you are, without judgement.
