My name is Bryan Valladares. I am a first generation Spanish speaking Cuban American that has been in the mental health field since undergraduate school at the university of Alabama in 2012. I was part of a chronic research lab as a research assistant at the university of Alabama. I have education and field work in behavioral therapy and mental health counseling specializing in depression; trauma; anxiety symptom management and emotional regulation assistance. I work with children; teens and adults helping people manage their symptoms and return to a more full filled and satisfying life style.
