I am adept at assisting clients managing anxiety, depression, major life stressors or transitions, self-identity, addiction, and overall building a sense of resiliency. I offer virtual sessions, providing clients with a flexible way to connect during busy seasons and at their convenience. My communication style I aim to provide a space of safety and authenticity within my sessions, as being able to show up as oneself leads to greater insight and growth. I offer direct but compassionate communication to explore the difficult challenges and patterns that bring clients to therapy. Working with me includes a sense of warmth and belief that things can get better. I strongly believe in my clients' abilities to thrive despite challenges. My journey to mental healthcare I have always appreciated the human condition of finding meaning within challenge.
