What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer compassionate, grounded support to every individual I work with. I am committed to helping you enhance your quality of life by focusing on your strengths and building resilience along the way. I believe in meeting you where you are, learning from your unique perspective, and developing a personalized approach that guides our work together. My goal is to support you in identifying and reaching your goals for improved emotional well-being, and to work with you in leading a life that feels meaningful to you. We all experience the full range of the human condition—emotions, thoughts, relationships, and life events that shape us. My role is to help you shift how you relate to your thoughts and experiences so you can move toward living in alignment with your personal goals and values. Change is one of life’s only constants, and how we navigate it can either help us grow or leave us feeling stuck. I’m here to listen, reflect, and help you better understand the nuances of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I hope to support you in accepting the things in life that you cannot change, while empowering you to make the changes you can to improve your well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first appointment will be a 60-minute session, offered via secure video. Before we meet, you’ll complete the necessary intake forms, including a clinical intake form. This helps me understand what you’re looking to work on and achieve together. During our consultation, we’ll review your history, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan. Together, we’ll determine a session schedule that fits your needs, which may be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or every three months. Ongoing sessions can be 20, 40, or 60 minutes in length, depending on what works best for you.
